We stayed last week for a day as we were going to other island next day. We had request ed for early checkin when booking as our flight arriving @ 10 am and checking was @ 4.00 pm when we arrived @ 11.30 they denied us early checkin the staff was not friendly . The rooms are very small and no amenities. We were also leaving early next morning and requested to go bag for breakfast. They didn’t give us a go bag or no food or even a muffin or fruit was kept outside only a coffee machine was available. It is in middle of downtown the location is not great and not enough parking space. Hard to maneuver your vehicular in those small streets of pontadelgada along with street parking. Staff is almost rude and very unfriendly. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
Everything good to excellent except limited breakfast,limited parking. Quiet AC. No views worth mentioning.
For the price charged, I found the place a bit overpriced. The only staff visible throughout the day was the person at the front desk. The breakfast service is very average, and customer focus, service, and staff approachability are very minimal. No mini bar or coffee/tea making facility in the room, no hand-soap, moisturisers, vanity kits, etc. (in the room or bathroom). And despite all of that, the location was excellent.
Great value spot, located perfectly for exploring Ponta Delgada on foot. Clean, bright and well-sized rooms with a desk and sofa. Friendly, helpful staff and a decent enough breakfast.
Watch out if you’re driving - the road is tiny - but if you’re lucky, you can nab one of the 7 spaces they have tucked very cosily behind the hotel. Otherwise paid parking is available on the larger adjacent roads for a cent a minute from 8am, which doesn’t break the bank.
This hotel is perfectly located in the city centre of Ponta Delgada. Rooms are nicely furnished, cozy and super clean (thanks to the cleaning staff). Breakfast is very good with a wide range of products to choose from the buffet, with a savory and sweet selections. Staff in general is nice and friendly, and Bruno at the night desk proved himself particularly kind and smiling, beside being professional. He was super!!

I absolutely recommend this hotel
We stayed there overnight because we wanted to be in the city for the World Cup game. It had great access to restaurants and the front desk was super helpful in getting us a room even without a reservation. Nothing fancy but clean and perfect location. Would recommend for people out and about all day and just looking for a clean place to sleep. FREE breakfast! Always a plus :)
The rooms are spacious and air conditioned which we were very grateful for! They're clean and offer a minibar which you can buy drinks for. The hotel is in the middle of Ponta Delgada and is a 10-15 minute walk away from the shopping centre and coast.
Very good place.
400m from a very cheap rental car service and there is a small parking in the hotel (rent a car is the best option for visiting the island)
5 minutes to the city center (shore, church, restaurants, castle)
Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. There are lot of restaurants around, also a supermarket.
If I come back to Açores I will book this hotel.
